The changing pad cover was printed on a super soft minky fabrication in a deep ocean blue color. It features a synchronized colorful school of fish and is 100% polyester. The changing pad cover measures 16″ wide by 32″ long. Complete this bedding set with the blue dot printed diaper stacker with an appliqued fish with multicolored scales.
